Software Project Manager (m/f/d)
for our office in Vienna or our headquarters in Hartberg
THAT’S HOW IT WORKS
Our Project Management Team:
– is (will be) an expert in our TAC software module portfolio
– organises and conducts software training courses
– handles projects independently
– supports customers on site or online
– analyses and processes customer and support enquiries
– helps customers to customise the software configuration
– can also be a team member of larger projects or roll-out teams
– supports the team with key account management
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU KNOW
– You enjoy dealing with customers
– You have several years of professional experience in the hotel industry, fitness club, swimming pool industry or relevant training (e.g. health management at the FH Joanneum) is an advantage
– You are interest in software and IT solutions
– You have a good understanding of workflows in a system environment
– You convince with analytical-logical thinking, high commitment and willingness to learn
– You have strong communication and persuasive skills
– You have a basic commercial understanding
– You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
– You impress with your social skills, ability to work in a team and reliability
