THAT’S HOW IT WORKS
Our 18-strong technical support team supports over 1,300 customers worldwide around the clock by phone, e-mail or Teams. The enquiries are as varied as our customers themselves.
Our Support
– assists with software configuration issues
– provides training on functions and processes
– makes adjustments to the design and settings of the online shop
– clarifies questions about reports and analyses
– carries out layout adaptions (for invoices, gift certificates, etc.)
– checks interface protocols and files
– configures RFID readers
– updates our customers’ software
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU KNOW
– You enjoy dealing with customers
– You have at least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry or training with an IT focus (HTL, IT apprenticeship) or business background (HAK, HBLA)
– You are interest in software and IT solutions
– You have a structured and analytical mindset
– You are a good communicator
– You have very good written and spoken English skills
– You have a basic commercial understanding
– You impress with your ability to work in a team and reliability
