Night Access / Hotel Guests

Aside from regular check-in, it is possible to coordinate an
automatized access outside business hours. Allowing
access for particular guest groups, such as hotel guests,
can also be managed.

Solarium

Our system can immediately check age restrictions and
transmit arising charges based on elapsed tanning time,
to the consumption account.

Course Reservation / Personal Training

Manage all your courses and directly book participants to
these classes. Members can reserve their Personal Training
sessions on their own.

Gift Certificates

Give away gift certificates for complimentary training or
personal-trainer sessions. Our module will assist you every
step of the way – from issuing a gift certificate to creating
different layouts and redeeming them.

Spa Reservation

Manage all reservations, including staffing and rooms. View
upcoming treatments, drag-and-drop items and create
reservations in order to increase sales.

Vending Machine

A quick on-the-go purchase with cashless payments of
drinks and/or protein bars. Our system automatically
books arising costs to the consumption account.

Shower Subscription

All-in contract or modular structure: we help to attune your

Accounts Receivables

With just a few clicks, payments and open receivables can
be managed, payment reminders can be created, dunning
accounts can be easily executed and, if need be, dunning
accounts can be immediately sent over to debt collection.

On- / Offline Lockers

Members can choose their lockers via membership medium
or open their own lockers (based on their contract).
An efficient usage of lockers is guaranteed due to
prevention of double occupancy and checking-out with
closed lockers.

Rental Management

Monitor which equipment is currently being rented.
The return of rented goods can be managed via deposit or
exit control.

Stock Control

This module facilitates the handling of your products – from
receipt of goods to stock inventory. You will be aware of
the relevant information on the order processes and how
to take control of your inventory.

Webshop

The TAC Webshop integrates product and gift certificate
sales, appointment bookings, course reservation, contract
management and much more in Responsive Design.

TAC|Sense / Check-in Monitor

Appointment booking, updating of member information or
mobile POS: TAC|Sense is always at your fingertips.

Digital Signage

These screens will put your offer in the forefront using
strategically placed screens in your foyer, exercise rooms
and bistro.

Kiosk

Kiosk allows your members and prospective customers to
book personal-trainer sessions, spa appointments and
courses. Prospects can obtain information and register
themselves for preferred contracts.
