TAC Nomination for the Wellness & Spa Innovation Award<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]TAC | The Assistant Company is nominated for the Wellness and Spa Innovation Award 2021 in the category “Digital & App” for its innovative product “Digital Questionnaires”!<\/p>\n

With the solution for digital questionnaires, TAC replaces the paper forms previously used in businesses, for example for consent forms or anamnesis recordings. The digital questionnaires can be completed anywhere and very easily, whether at home from a mobile phone, in-house in the waiting area or relaxed on a booked couch. With numerous templates for the creation of the questionnaires, the so-called questionnaire generator, comprehensive digital questionnaires for anamnesis can be created. Errors in manual data transfer are thus a thing of the past.<\/p>\n

Wellness & Spa Innovation is an initiative of the German Wellness Association and the Deutsche Wellness GmbH, which was launched in 2012. With the initiative and the associated award, the German Wellness Association tries to set impulses for new developments, new thinking and new networks in the wellness and spa industry.<\/p>\n

TAC API Interface<\/strong><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]After a few months of hard work TAC released a completely new \u201cTAC API\u201d. Due to the huge range of deep functionality this new API got the generic name \u201cTAC API\u201d.<\/p>\n

This interface is built on basis of the Open API standard and uses JSON for formatting requests and responses. The Open API standard is a broadly adopted industry standard for describing modern REST APIs which makes it easier for every integrator to interact with TAC software.
\nThis API is especially designed for self-service-touchpoints like a webshop, app, kiosk, self-service-terminal, booking portal but also for any kind of systems which want to interact with the following data within TAC: guest profiles, gift certificates, spa bookings, fitness classes, membership contracts, access tickets, pre-paid cards, table reservations and many more.<\/p>\n

This API provides the same functionality as its direct predecessor \u201cHTNG Advanced GSS API\u201d and more. The HTNG Advanced GSS API is still supported at already existing installations, but new features are only added to the new TAC API.<\/p>\n

To address security concerns a mandatory authentication process is in place in form of a token-based system and HTTPS is used to encrypt the communication.<\/p>\n

\nThe pandemic and its effects will be with us for a while and so will the basic rules of the current and upcoming openings, which will be taken under special security precautions. The linchpin of this security concept is the definition of persons who pose a low epidemiological risk: Vaccinated – Tested – Recovered.
