Only a few more days until Christmas and another very special year is coming to an end. Therefore, we would like to share with you once again our latest information about innovations in our TAC software.
In addition, we would like to thank our customers and partners that we were able to implement many exciting projects in a year like this one and that we can look back on a great cooperation.

General
Automatically setting CC and BCC when sending emails
It is now possible to predefine email addresses that are automatically set to CC and BCC when sending an email from the TAC software.
Automatically neutralize guest data
Guest profiles that are no longer needed in the system can now be automatically neutralized after the desired duration.
Example: A guest profile was accidentally created as a duplicate and it has no other purpose. This can be automatically removed from the system.
Admissions
Value cards with entry – special entry for birthdays
For special entries with value cards it is now possible to define the period of validity exactly.
Touch cash register
Deposit of several employees for positions in one step
It is now possible to easily add several employees to invoice positions of the Touch cash register.

RA & sense.
We are pleased to present you new features of our Spa & Activity software Reservation Assistant and our mobile Spa Management solution sense.:
Post-payment / dispensing machine (Fischer):
If payment is made with coins or banknotes at the machine, the guest is shown graphically which coins/ banknotes are still permitted.
In addition, the acceptance of non-permitted banknotes/coins is prevented.
The setting for the preferred banknotes/coins is defined in the vending machine software.

Webshop
Achieve your digital advantage with our modern TAC Webshop. We can offer you the following features:
Individual prefix & suffix for terms and conditions (e.g. confirm GTCs on order overview)
Conditions or legal texts that have to be accepted on the order overview can now be provided with an individual text.
Preselection “I am booking for someone else” for courses for minors
Courses with an age requirement of max. 18 years, are automatically set to the mode “I’m booking for someone else”, because it can be assumed that the orderer is not the participant of the course.
Consideration of the inventory (merchandise management)
In the case of product sales via the web store, there is the possibility to have the product’s inventory taken into account – reduction of inventory & sale only if the total inventory is positive.

Lena Singer joined TAC in August 2019. She started as a Sales Trainee and has now moved up to the position of Junior Sales Manager. Part-time, Lena is studying Marketing & Sales in Graz. In her free time, she spends a lot of time in nature with her two dogs and helps out at the familiy-owned restaurant.

Kornelius Lackner
Kornelius Lackner joined TAC in August 2018 as a Web Developer and moved up to Senior Web Developer this summer. In his spare time he is very much into 3D printing, model making and virtual reality gaming.
