A fully digitized customer journey begins with an online booking in the TAC Webshop. Guests purchase their tickets or book treatments directly online. Upon arrival, RFID tags are automatically issued at the TAC|Wrist dispensing system. Access is granted via a turnstile. Services are recorded in the system.

Massages and treatments can be booked, rescheduled, or canceled online at any time. Appointment scheduling is not tied to the reception desk’s hours of operation. The AI Spa Assistant handles requests even when the spa reception desk is unstaffed. Appointments are processed automatically.

When leaving the building, guests settle any outstanding bills on their own at the self-service payment kiosk. This eliminates wait times at the front desk, creating a seamless digital process from ticket purchase to check-out.

The cost depends on the model you choose and the scope of services you want.

There are two models to choose from. With the license model, the software is installed on your own IT infrastructure. With the cloud model, you access the software via the internet. Access to the cloud model is provided through TAC|One Access. Login is protected by multi-factor authentication.
