2026 will be a special year: TAC|Connect marks the launch of a new German-language industry event—and at the same time, we’re celebrating 25 years of TAC. Site Visits to Thermal Spas Using TAC in Live Operations

Key topics: Experience TAC software where it is used every day and gain valuable insights into real-life operational processes. These site visits offer a unique opportunity to explore different applications of the TAC solution firsthand and exchange ideas with other users.
At Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf, you will gain an initial practical insight into day-to-day operations and see how TAC software is used in a live environment. Afterwards, we will travel together by bus to Rogner Bad Blumau, where you can take another look behind the scenes. Particular attention will be paid to gift certificate management, which plays a central role there and will provide valuable inspiration for your own use of the software.
To round off the day, we invite you to the TAC headquarters to unwind in a relaxed atmosphere. Over finger food, you will have the opportunity to meet other participants, share experiences, and talk with the TAC team in person.
All transportation is taken care of: A dedicated bus will provide transfers between the venues and the return journey to Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf.
Advanced Reservation Assistant Training, Including TAC|Sense
